RETURN POLICY

RETURNS, DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

At Dolce Haute Sauce, every order is carefully prepared.
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are possible, under strict conditions.


2. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods (special offers, holidays, etc.), this time may be extended.


3. DELIVERY & DEADLINES

We deliver to France, DOM-TOM, Belgium, Switzerland, UK, USA and Canada.
Average delivery times are 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Free delivery on purchases of 3 fragrances or more, with a free edible mini-bottle in the parcel.


4. UNCLAIMED / REFUSED PACKAGE

In the event of a parcel not claimed on time or refused on delivery :

  • The parcel will be returned to our premises

  • No refunds will be made

  • A forwarding service may be offered, at your expense.


5. PRODUCT EXCHANGE (NO REFUND)

No refunds will be made, regardless of the situation.
An exchange is possible only:

  • If the item received is incorrect

  • If the product is damaged on receipt

  • If you meet the 14 to 30-day deadline

🛍️ The product must be :

  • Nine

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging


6. HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

📩 Send an e-mail to info@dolcehautesauce.com with :

  • Order number

  • Photo of product received

  • Reason for exchange

We will confirm if the exchange is accepted and will pay the costs only if it is an error on our part.


7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product is damaged on receipt:
📸 Send an e-mail to info@dolcehautesauce.com with a photo + your order number.
A replacement will be offered within 5 working days.


8. LOST / STOLEN PARCELS / INDICATION "DELIVERED" BUT NOTHING RECEIVED

Once the package has been entrusted to the carrier, Dolce Haute Sauce declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage.

📦 If tracking shows "delivered", but you haven't received anything, please contact us at support@noissey.com within 24 to 48 hours max.
We'll do our best to help you.


9. DISCOUNT NOT APPLIED - FIRST ORDER

If a welcome discount (-25%) has not been applied to your invoice:
➡️ Send us an email within 48 hours to info@dolcehautesauce.com
Include :

  • Screenshot of the offer

  • Order number
    After this deadline, no adjustments will be made.


10. NON-EXCHANGEABLE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

❌ No exchanges or returns for :

  • Fragrances opened, tested or used

  • Products purchased on special offer or sale

  • Gift cards and vouchers


11. SECURITY & PERSONAL DATA

Your data will be treated confidentially.

12. MODIFICATION OF THE POLICY

Dolce Haute Sauce reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
The applicable version is the one visible on the site at the time of your purchase.
