The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made on the Dolce Haute Sauce website (https://dolcehautesauce.com). By placing an order, you accept these conditions without reservation.

Dolce Haute Sauce markets edible fragrances, described with great care on the site.

📍 Availability:
Products are offered while stocks last. In case of stock shortage after order, we will contact you for a refund or an alternative.

📍 Photos and descriptions:
Visuals are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final product.

3. PRICE & PAYMENT

📌 Product prices:

  • Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes and exclude delivery charges.
  • Dolce Haute Sauce reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the order.

📌 Payment security:
Transactions are secured via our payment service provider and bank details are never stored.

4. ORDERING & VALIDATION

2️⃣ Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method.
3️⃣ After validation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase.

📍 Modification or cancellation:
A validated order cannot be modified. For any request, please contact us at info@dolcehautesauce.comwithin 24 hours of purchase.

📍 Right of refusal:
Dolce Haute Sauce reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud or non-compliance with the GCS.

5. DELIVERY

📦 Areas served:
We deliver to mainland France, Europe and internationally, subject to legal restrictions on edible fragrances.

📍 D elivery methods & times:

  • France 🇫🇷 : 3 to 5 working days
  • Europe 🇪🇺 : 5 to 10 working days
  • International 🌍 : 7 to 15 working days

📍 Shipping costs:

  • France: from €3.90
  • Europe: from € 5.90
  • International: from €8.90

📍 D elays & responsibilities:
Dolce Haute Sauce cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

📌 Withdrawal period:
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return a product.

📌 Return conditions:

  • The product must be new, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Unless we are mistaken, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

📌 Return procedure:
1️⃣ Contact us at info@dolcehautesauce.com with your order number.
2️⃣ Please wait for our instructions before sending the package.
3️⃣ Once received, we will proceed with the refund within 10 working days.

🚫 EXCEPTIONS: For reasons of hygiene, perfumes that have been opened, tested or used are non-refundable.

7. LIABILITY

Dolce Haute Sauce cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of its products (e.g. allergic reaction). Before use, check composition and perform a skin test.

Our fragrances are edible, but must not be ingested directly from the bottle.

⚠️ Warning: This fragrance is edible, but not a food. Do not ingest in large quantities. For external use only.

8. WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SERVICE

📌 Legal warranty:

  • Conformity warranty: In the event of a defect or anomaly, we will replace your product free of charge.
  • Legal warranty against hidden defects: In accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

These GCS are governed by French and European law.

In accordance with the law, you can call on a mediator in the event of a dispute.

11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
