1. INTRODUCTION

At Dolce Haute Sauce , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of returning your products within [14 to 30 days] of receipt, under certain conditions.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS

📌 Deadline : You have 14 days (legal minimum) to 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.
📦 Product Condition : Returned items must be new, unopened and in their original packaging .
🛍️ Exceptions : For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, tested or used perfumes cannot be returned .

💡 Tip : If your product is damaged or defective, see section 6. Defective or Damaged Products for a replacement.


3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact us at info@dolcehautesauce.com indicating:

  • Your order number
  • The product concerned
  • The reason for return
    2️⃣ Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
    3️⃣ Ship the product in its original packaging to:

    4️⃣ Once received and verified, we will proceed with the exchange within 5 to 10 working days .

📦 Are return costs covered?

  • Yes , if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. damaged product, shipping error).
  • No , if you change your mind or want to return it for personal convenience, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. REIMBURSEMENT

💳 Refund time : Within 5 to 10 working days after receipt and validation of the return.
🛠️ Refund method : Via the initial payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
⚠️ Processing fees : Depending on the return method chosen, certain fees may be applied.

💡 Initial shipping charges are non-refundable , except in the event of an error on our part.


5. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

We offer an exchange within 30 days if:
✔️ The product is new, unopened and in its original packaging.
✔️ You would like to change your fragrance (subject to availability).

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We are sorry for this inconvenience! We offer you a replacement .

  • A photo of the damaged product
  • Your order number
    2️⃣ We will offer you a replacement within 5 working days .
    3️⃣ In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product at our expense.

7. EXCEPTIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Perfumes opened, tested or used (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective).
  • Gift cards and vouchers .
