RETURN POLICY

RETURN, DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

At Dolce Haute Sauce , each order is prepared with care.
We do not offer refunds . Only exchanges are possible , under strict conditions.


2. PROCESSING ORDERS

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours , excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high activity (special offers, holidays, etc.), this period may be extended.


3. DELIVERY & DEADLINES

We deliver to France, French overseas departments and territories, Belgium, Switzerland, the UK, the USA and Canada.
The average delivery time is 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Free delivery when you purchase 3 or more flavors , with a free mini edible bottle in the package.


4. UNCLAIMED / REFUSED PARCEL

In the event of a package not claimed on time or refused delivery:

  • The package will be returned to our premises

  • No refund will be made.

  • Reshipment may be offered, at your expense.


5. PRODUCT EXCHANGE (NO REFUND)

No refunds will be made under any circumstances .
An exchange is only possible :

  • If the item received is wrong

  • If the product is damaged upon receipt

  • If you meet the 14 to 30 day deadline

🛍️ The product must be:

  • Nine

  • Not open

  • In its original packaging


6. HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

📩 Send an email to info@dolcehautesauce.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the product received

  • Reason for the exchange

We will confirm if the exchange is accepted and will only cover the costs if it is an error on our part .


7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product is damaged upon receipt:
📸 Email info@dolcehautesauce.com with a photo and your order number.
A replacement will be offered within 5 working days.


8. LOST / STOLEN PARCELS / INDICATED “DELIVERED” BUT NOTHING RECEIVED

Once the package has been entrusted to the carrier, Dolce Haute Sauce declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage .

📦 If the tracking says "delivered", but you haven't received anything, contact us at support@noissey.com within 24 to 48 hours max .
We will do everything possible to support you.


9. DISCOUNT NOT APPLIED – FIRST ORDER

If a welcome discount (-25%) has not been applied to your invoice:
➡️ Send us an email within 48 hours at info@dolcehautesauce.com
Include:

  • Screenshot of the offer

  • Order number
    After this deadline, no regularization can be made.


10. NON-EXCHANGEABLE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

❌ No exchanges or returns for:

  • Perfumes opened, tested or used

  • Products purchased on sale or on promotion

  • Gift cards and vouchers


11. SECURITY & PERSONAL DATA

12. MODIFICATION OF THE POLICY

Dolce Haute Sauce reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
The applicable version is the one visible on the site at the time of your purchase.
